This Barjusta is a mix of kelim and pile. It is beautiful, with an unusual and bold design, the colours are red and dusty blue on a beige ground. all the beige is kelim and the colour is pike. These rugs are still being made in Afghanistan and brought over the mountains to be sold in Pakistan.
